In order to ensure privacy and personalized service for our charter customers, Epps Aviation is not able to provide single seats on our charter flights.

Yes, Epps Aviation offers one-way charters, but we do charge for the empty leg of the flight.

Epps Aviation does not offer in-flight cabin hosting, but our friendly crew will be happy to help you with your needs.

If I must cancel my flight, what is your cancellation policy?
If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours of departure, there is a cancellation fee that varies depending on the type of aircraft. If the pilots have arrived or are en route when you cancel, 50% of the amount of the quote will be charged.
What if I need to change my trip itinerary?
Your itinerary can be changed any time before or during the trip, as long as we do not surpass the FAA required duty day for the pilots. The pilots will need to make some adjustments, so changes to your itinerary during a trip might lead to some minor flight delays.
How do I handle catering & ground transportation for Epps Charter flights?

What is the flight experience level of Epps Aviation Pilots?
Epps Aviation pilots are widely recognized within the air charter industry for their experience and training. Many Epps Aviation pilots have well over 5,000 flight hours and all are required to carry 1st Class FAA Medical and ATP (Airline Transport Certificates).

Are the Epps hangars and facilities available for rental or special events?
Due to the 24-hour nature of our business, we are unable to offer our facility for special events.
